Lars is a a young doctor who has spent most of his life training to become best in the world in the field of emergency medicine and surgery. To do so he started traveling to places of medical learning from a very young age. During one of these trips, around the age of 16, the ship he was travelling on was attacked by a marine ship that believed the ship was harbouring known fugitives from a nearby island.
