The Sea Charts are a quest item that must be "procured" before Gorion's Ward and party can begin the "knowledge-recovering" mission for Mendas. The charts are in the possession of Captain Tollar Kieres who is located in the Merchants' League Counting House. They can be obtained by getting Captain Kieres some of De'Tranion's Baalor Ale, or by simply pickpocketing them from his person.
