Stage: Egypt This monster resembles Spinal Breaker's final boss in that it is composed of body parts, mostly tendons, veins, and arteries along with three giant eyeballs: a blue eye in each of its shoulders and a red one in its head. The monster appears from and retracts into the floor and can take two forms. One form has its three eyes exposed with retracted arms and no face save for a toothy mouth below its red eye. In the other form, the eyes are covered with flesh and the arms are extended, its torso takes a more humanoid shape, and it has a relatively normal face. The monster attacks by throwing fire balls.
