Tal Rasha's Brace is a belt piece of the Tal Rasha's Elements set in Diablo III. It drops at character level 60 or higher, and only at Torment difficulty. Before the release of Reaper of Souls, this item was the only way for a Wizard to obtain a Critical Hit Chance stat on belt without using gear of other classes.
