Shasta McGuire was a Mesan seccy and one of Maysayuki Franconi's chief enforcers. He was just over two meters tall and had an ugly, scarred face, and equally scarred knuckles. In 1922 PD, when the Office of Public Safety attacked seccy civilians near Sukharov Tower, killing women and children with neural whips, he was ordered to deploy his gang's heavy weapons against them. A short time later, he gunned down Sergeant Amos Barkley's group with a military-grade tribarrel. (CS3)
