The Alien Medpack is a special medical item used on Maians. Though you obtain the Alien medpack in Area 51 Escape in every difficulty, it is not used on Agent difficulty. Instead, Elvis is automatically brought out of comatose once you walk up to Elvis on the bed after you rendezvous with Jonathan.
