The Assembly was a legislative group of Human AIs active from 2310 to 2552. The minutes of their meetings were recorded in the data pads in Halo: Reach. The purpose of the Assembly was to regulate the activities of artificial intelligences and analyze and extrapolate data for the continued survival of the human race.
