Admiral Braeg was a Romulan who beat the Wetraza at Crannac Oghila. He had an affair with Donatra. He was a 'rabble rouser' who led the people against Praetor Tal'Aura. Braeg surrendered to the Praetor's guard to end the massacre in Victory Square, and later died by poison suicide. (TNG novel: Death in Winter)
