The Santa Scarecrow is a limited edition decoration available in FarmVille. It was released along with other items as part of the Winter Holiday Event in 2009. Because this scarecrow is limited, it has more value when bought. In 2009 it had a purchase price of 15 FV, a selling price of 2,000 coins, and would give a farmer 400 XP. Then this item was re-released on November 24, 2010, for a limited time for the Winter Holiday Event (2010). In 2010 the purchase price became 100,000 coins, the selling price became 5,000 coins and the XP gained from purchasing the item became 1,000 XP.
