There were a set of catwalks close to the rafters of a high-ceilinged hall by The Quad battlements. This area was used by the Hogwarts defence in order to cover the battle at the Viaduct Courtyard during the Battle of Hogwarts. Kingsley Shacklebolt and Remus Lupin led the defence here, and were later joined by Arthur Weasley and Nymphadora Tonks.
