In 2030, he piloted a Dropship to a battle zone in order to pick-up the 15th Alpha Tactical Armored Corps. When Dana Sterling left the capsule to attempt to save a child, he left without her, leaving her to her apparent death. This greatly angered Sean Phillips and the other members of the Squadron, but he was still rewarded with his pay by Marie Crystal -- although he did not get the bonus. (Robotech: Rolling Thunder)
