Suirō Mizu is a swordsman hailing from Kirigakure, and the second shinobi after his cousin Kisame Hoshigaki, to be labeled with the name of Tailed Beast without a Tail (尾を持たない尾獣, O o Motanai Bijū; English TV "Tailless Tailed Beast"). After decfecting Kirigakure, he joined Muryō in the Sixth Great Shinobi War.
