Calvin Hopper was a man attending the speed-dating event that Ziva David went undercover at. Hopper's car was stolen and used to kidnap Lieutenant Anne Sullivan. Hopper was originally suspected of being responsible in Sullivan's kidnapping but was later found innocent.
