The Legacy of Xilar is a process that separates the races and makes them wage war among themselves and beyond, using lies and deception, and creation's weakness. Xilar, its creator and namesake, roughly described his actions: "A single falsehood carefully nurtured can bring down an empire. We however had not told a single falsehood, on the contrary we had woven a web of deceit so elaborate it could destroy entire worlds."
