Following the capture of a high-ranking Al-Qaeda member in Afghanistan, Harm, Mac, Sturgis and Admiral Chegwidden head to the U.S.S. Seahawk to conduct a military tribunal with Harm and Mac prosecuting the terrorist while Sturgis and Chegwidden defend the terrorist with Mac and Webb later heading to Afghanistan to get more information while Singer, having been appointed acting JAG in Chegwidden's absence, runs the office and makes no new friends whatsoever.
