Sepang International Circuit is a motorsport race track in Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia. Located near Kuala Lumpur International Airport, it 60 km south of the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. It broke ground in 1997 and was finished in 1999. It hosts the Malaysian Grand Prix, and has done so since the 1999 season, where the race was full of controversy. It held the last round of the 2000 season.
