The Inescapable Tower is a prison controlled by girls who was infected with the new "pregnancy plague." The prison is in a very isolated part of Siberia, Russia in the Arctic Circle. The prison is heavily guarded by killer robots programed to wound soldiers and then take them to the tower to be mentally broken and accepts the Pregnancy Plague girls as the rulers. Vladimir Alexander Romanov plans to seize control of the Prison to have the prisoners join the Russian Tsarist Party.
