France Anne-Dominic Córdova (born August 5, 1947) is an American astrophysicist, researcher and university administrator. As of March 2014, she is the director of the National Science Foundation. Previously, she was the eleventh President of Purdue University, stepping down on July 15, 2012, at the end of her five-year term.
