Candace's Commanding Officer is the true tertiary antagonist of Phineas and Ferb special Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars. He is an unnamed Imperial Officer who served as the master to Stormtrooper Candace, Stormtrooper Buford, and Stormtrooper Baljeet. He was voiced by Simon Pegg.
