The Westinghouse Model M-25 phased plasma rifle was created by the Resistance. It was reverse engineered from Skynet's Westinghouse M-27 Phased Plasma Pulse Rifle. The M-25 has an optional sight attachment for scope. The plasma rifle has a total of 40 pulses. It is unknown what year was the Westinghouse M-25 was introduced. Given that Plasma Weaponry began to be used around 2021, its logical to assume that the M-25 was introduced sometime in that year.
