The CRF Carnage World Championship, originally the CRF Heavyweight Championship, was one of Championship Rasslin' Federation's titles, the top ranked title on CRF Carnage brand. It was the first championship ever in CRF history, active from October 2005 until CRF's closure in August 2007, and reactivated in March 2008 with CRF's re-opening and active until all existing top-tier championships were retired in May 2009. During the first half of 2006 it became the Carnage World Championship and remained as such for its entire lifespan. A total of thirteen different individuals had reigns with the CRF Carnage World Championship across a total of nineteen reigns.
