Belt is purchased or self fabric tie belt. Contrasting reversible pop-on has V front neckline and top-stitching detail. Pop-on is open at sides. When pop-on is worn over dress, the dress belt slips through buttonhole openings at side edges of pop-on and fastens in front. Matching scarf has self or purchased fringe trim.
