Lord Devinshae is the former plantation lord of Dockson. Amongst the plantation lords Dockson describes him as rather lenient. Devinshae rarely beat his skaa to death and purged the elderly only when the population got completely out of control. Lord Devinshae likes to be in Luthadel over the winter, between the planting seasons. He has an impeccable reputation among the nobility.
