The juvenile delinquent Eddie (Ben Foster) is peeing out the window of a van, but his penis gets chopped off when the driver slams into a pedestrian and the window slams shut. This is faked (obviously), and there is a continuity error in that Eddie isn't peeing when the movie later shows Duffy's (Shawn Hatosy) vantage point.
