Hikatoko Ōtsutsuki (大筒木悲歌常, Lit. meaning; Big Bamboo Tree's Endless Dirge) is a priestess and part of the all powerful Ōtsutsuki clan. Having fallen in love with a Branch Family Ōtsutsuki, she had kept the romance between the two secret for as long as she could. But eventually, word came out of their love.
