Not having enough nutrient soil to sustain Nött's peculiar plant life, Normlock is an industrial powerhouse, ruled with a mixture of feudalism and socialism. It is divided into several districts: Redlight, a higly populated high-crime area; Gaslamp, a.k.a. "Sin Street," the entertainment district; Oceanside, the harbors and shoreline of Normlock; Central Park, a favorite hiding place for Nightmares and criminals alike; and Industrial, a maze of factories and warehouses that becomes a ghost town after five. There is also Down Town, a city-within-a-city housed in the subway tunnels beneath Normlock.
