The Clergy of Tiamat consists of the worshippers of Tiamat, Goddess of the Sea. Even many who don't belong to the clergy still often pray to her, most notably sailors and fishermen who wish for good fortune and weather for their voyages from the Queen of Waves. The clerics are in good standing with the Blue Dragon pirates, and some pirates are simultaneously both clerics and Blue Dragons at the same time.
