Isami Tōma (当真(とうま) 勇(いさみ) Tōma Isami?) is a character in the manga and anime series World Trigger. He is an A-Rank agent from Fuyushima Unit and the No. 1 Sniper in Border. Due to his actions, he is a minor antagonist of the Black Trigger Retrieval Arc, but later turns into a supporting character.
