Andorian cabbage soup was a variety of soup. In an historical holodeck program he played in 2370, William T. Riker (posing as Chef) suggested to T'Pol that he should make some of this soup for Commander Shran. (ENT: "These Are the Voyages...") Presumably, this soup is made from a form of cabbage that is from Andoria or cultivated by Andorians.
