Transparisteel was a type of transparent metal used in ships. Chu'unthor, flagship of the Jedi Order, used a transparisteel dome in its sparing chambers and a transparisteel floor in its hangar bay so anyone inside of them would be able to look out into space. The J-type 327 Utapauan royal starship used by Queen Sabé Arcadia of Utapau contained a transparisteel window in its cockpit.
