Alfred Seabrook Simons (26 February 1885 - 10 June 1984) was a Labour Party politician. Born in Southwark, he was the son of Charles Richard Simons, a builder, and his wife Margaret née Evans. By 1911 he was a clerk for a "druggist's sundries" business. Labour Party member of the London County Council representing Deptford 1952-65. He was Mayor of Deptford 1956-7. [1]
