Roddy Louiz was a resistance fighter in the Serena Republic. Louiz, along with resistance members Consuela Alvarez, Dave Copeland, and Snake, destroyed a factory owned by the drug lord Escobar and escaped with £15 million. After being framed for the murder of Serena's new Secretary of State by Escobar, Louizand his comrades fled to the United States, but were detained by the FBI upon their illegal entry. However, the group were eventually released after Snake participated in an investigation into SaintLogic's unethical research.
