Lier X. Agerate (Lier Horando) is a character in EarthBound. He is an acquaintance of Ness', and early in the game, claims he has something to show him. When spoken to at this time, he'll show Ness the Evil Mani Mani statue he has discovered underneath his house. Eventually, Carpainter buys it from him and uses it to control the minds of the Happy Happyists in Happy Happy Village.
