The Mizukage was walking with a few of her guards and her right-hand man, Hiroshi Kyōya. They were heading towards Gingagakure in order to sign a treaty between the two villages. Hiroshi was to battle a Gingagakure shinobi in order to intertain the audience and the Mizukage. Lots of important figures attended the ceremony as it is a huge event for both villages. Hiroshi however, didn't show any signs of being happy or sad or even scared of his challenger. He was cold as always and it could be felt by the look in his eyes.
