Ava Hunt appeared in Coronation Street in January 2013 as a Receptionist at The Sampson Health Clinic where Kylie Platt initially booked in for a termination, prior to a change-of-heart. She trained at the Drama Studio in London in the early 1980s and possesses an MA in Applied Theatre. He television credits include Emmerdale, Grange Hill, Daziel and Pascoe, Hollyoaks and Staying Alive. On stage she has played several roles for the Avon Touring Company and at the Nottingham Playhouse Roundabout. She has also presented drama workshops for a number of years on a variety of subjects.
