Talnot was a Bajoran who wrote several prophecies, including "Prophecy of the Final Days", which was one of the ancient texts. In 2375, Winn Adami, when told by the disguised Dukat of the Rogath blight that had struck Relliketh, believed it had been foretold in a passage from Talnot's prophecy, "the land shall be poisoned by a great evil." (DS9: "'Til Death Do Us Part") This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
