'Claw' Carver was a trail boss who used all the money he made from slaughtering dinosaurs to build Carver City. He had had his hand bitten off by a Terrible Claw which he killed, and wore the claw in place of his missing hand. He was furious at Earl Reagan for bringing plague to his town. During his fight with Reagan a stray laser blast from the Robot Marshall caused a crack in the plastic dome of the town, allowing Old One Eye to enter. He had a daughter, Vegas Carver.
