The Scarlet Dragon Syndicate is a criminal group that has their specialties in the production and sale of drugs and biological weaponry, as well as the coercion of prominent politicians. For unknown reasons, they viciously attacked Ryoko in a run-down factory and left her to die. Thankfully, Ryo-Ohki was able to alert Nefelpitou, and after he, Moss, Ed, and Namah were taken to the factory and Ryoko was saved, Pitou began hunting for their operatives hiding out in the factory.
