Trollish Regeneration is a spell-like effect that is innately active on all trollfolk (i.e. Ogres) and can be learned by a Blue Mage. It is a rather small effect, activated when HP reach critical level, or else by the troll taking a critical hit. It restores 10% HP every turn and is suppressed, but not dispelled, by the effects of daylight.
