DIARRHEA is Utsu-P's first full-length album. All songs are sung by Hatsune Miku and focuses on the Rock and Metal genres. There are 13 tracks and it features songs such as "Corpse Attack!!", "Psychokinesis" and "DIARRHEA". Some of the tracks are updated versions of previously released songs.
