A Boer Goat is a Lost Animal that can wander onto a farm in FarmVille. Farmers have the option to help the animal or send it away. By helping it, it becomes available for a farmer's neighbors to adopt. Harvesting the goat contributes to both the Tuscan wedding event and the Cat Lady ribbon. Though very common in the second quarter of 2010, it became decidedly less common in the third quarter of that year. It may have been entirely withdrawn from Lost Animal circulation by July 2010. It looks like the Saanens Goat, but with different ears and horns, and a brown head. It was re-released as a one day giftable item on October 13, 2010. It is based on the real world Boer goat.
