The Gong of the Righteous Emperor was presented to Toturi III by Hida Kisada after the fall of Iuchiban in 1166. The Gong's origins were unknown, but two possible origins involve Kisada creating it with his powers as a Fortune, or Kisada bringing it back with him from Yomi.
