Inquisitor Caleb Harlan is a name both loved and feared among the high and mighty of the Imperium, and a name reviled by the Imperium's foes, with a few notable exceptions. For over four and a half centuries, Harlan has fought the secret war for the Emperor's Soul. A Radical Thorian, Caleb has nonetheless managed to stay in the good stead of other Inquisitors and many Imperial Organisations through effective cover-ups and air-tight deniability. He has also been influenced by the Istvaanian Philosophies, believing that the best way to find a Divine Avatar would be to look for the few who rise above the masses during dark times.
