The Mantis Devil, also known as the BlMantis, is an enemy from Final Fantasy II. Effectively, this monster does possess demon-like qualities, having an elemental affinity for Fire, while not developing a weakness to Ice. The Mantis Devil's most powerful attack is a Fire XVI spell, concentrated upon one party member, often leaving characters with low Magic Resistance in jeopardy.
