Usage stats on Whatever happened to Noba, Lirin and Kurodo I know their Anime-Only Characters, but shouldn't they have appeared in the recent fillers after the Beast-Swords Arc

There is no "should" about it. Characters can be shown as and when the animation studio wishes them to appear in the fillers. They chose not to, reason is unknown.
