For this request you need to go to the second floor of the Lush Woodlands at night, the Ghost Owls you'll be hunting only appear there during the evening hours. Also, this Client is asking for Shock Talon x2, which means you'll need to get the Ghost Owls conditional drop to complete this request. The way you get their conditional drop is by defeating them with a Volt attack, any other way and you'll get their regular drop(s). You'll have to do this 3 times, so if you're of a lower level bring yourself either a Medic or some healing items along.
