Buddhism is one of the fastest growing religions in the Western world. In 2008, the TV series World Religions (BBC) suggested that between 250-500 million people practice Buddhism in India, East Asia, Indochina, regions of Russia. In the west, in the US, the UK and Europe, buddhism is gaining adherents.
