Sarah Fuentes is a young college girl who appeared at the beginning of the Season 1 episode, Seadog (episode), was seen attending a late-night beach party with her friends. Her friend or boyfriend, Dave Simmons heard some firing out on the sea but Sarah assumed it was fireworks. She was proven wrong when Dave realized that it was gunfire and the group got a huge shock when a boat with bullet holes washed up on the shore, disrupting their midnight party which prompted the local authorities to call in NCIS to investigate what had happened.
