At about the same time, additional minions invaded Pumpkin Hill Zone and Aquatic Mine, led by a Dark Gaia Titan, but were defeated by Knuckles and the Chaotix. Several of them later attacked the Sky Patrol but were held off by several of the Knothole Freedom Fighters until the sun rose and caused them to dissipate. More also appeared on Isolated Island, and were held off on several occasions by Dr. Ellidy's reprogrammed Badniks. However, the two forces later became one in attacking Ellidy and the Freedom Fighters after the robots were commandeered by Phage.
