St Basil's is an academy, similar to St. Vladimir's, where dhampirs are trained to become Guardians and Moroi are able to attend school safely. St Basil's is located in Russia and is named after a human saint, unlike St. Vladimir's, which is named after a Moroi saint. Dimitri Belikov was a student at St. Basil's where he passed with the highest grades in his year.
